At Evolution Life Limited we want you to have a good experience using our products and are proud to offer a 1-year guarantee against manufacturing defects for all ECOtanka products.

By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.

To cancel your purchase within the seven working day cooling off period, please contact us at info@evolutionlife.co.uk to confirm your wish to do so. Return it to us in its original condition (ie. unused state, complete with all packaging and components, having taken reasonable care of it).  Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us at the address on our Contact page as soon as possible but within 30 days following the date that the item was delivered to you.

Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item as follows:

• where you are returning an item that was part of a larger order, we'll      refund the per-item charge that you incurred.
• where you are returning an entire order, we'll refund the full cost of all items.
• we regret that we are unable to refund the postage of unwanted items.

For your protection, we request that you use a recorded-delivery service on all postal returns as we cannot refund against items not received. All returns must be sent via a postal system and please note we cannot accept goods back in person.

Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect.

Please contact us at info@evolutionlife.co.uk to confirm your wish to do so.  Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us at the address on our Contact page.
In respect of damaged or defective products, we will either arrange a replacement for the faulty or damaged item or arrange a refund.
In respect of incorrect items sent, we will send the correct item or arrange a refund.
As soon as we receive the returned good(s), we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge - we cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge. 
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or, in accordance with our returns policy, because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us (by refunding your return postage costs).

Evolution Life Limited will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.

Our refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights.
